They went all out against each other to keep everyone glued to their TV screens. Fights of this caliber are once in a lifetime. That said, umpteen stars walked inside the MGM Grand stadium to watch this event live. Among all the elites, Jermell and Jermall Charlo marked themselves as present for this event.

Recently, a video of this duo did rounds on social media, wherein Jermall Charlo gave a staggering opinion on the p4p star.

First, Jermell Charlo said, “Canelo tired”

Later, Jermall Charlo responded to his brother, saying, “I could beat his a**. I can beat Canelo.” 

Jermall Charlo has been calling out for a fight against Alvarez for a long time. However, the talks between the two teams didn’t really take place. Also, Charlo fights in the middleweight category, whereas Alvarez, over the past 11 months, has fought only in the super-middleweight frame.

Canelo had a fiery vision to capture all the 168-pound belts on the line. That said, he didn’t shift weight classes in between his pursuit of the same. Also, it doesn’t seem like he’ll notch down in a weight class from hereon. For now, Alvarez is relishing his mammoth win over Plant, and he’ll look to get back to the ring soon.

When will Canelo Alvarez fight again?

Canelo Alvarez, after beating ‘Sweethands’, revealed that he would give his body some rest and get back into his element by May 2022. He has certainly earned some time off after four title fights (three against previously undefeated foes) in just under 11 months.

His efforts will have taken a toll on his body and caused him to neglect certain things away from the boxing world. Hence, he will look to focus on those while he rests.
