Shakur Stevenson has the perfect reply for Ryan Garcia

The whole boxing world tuned for the highly anticipated fight between Devin Haney and George Kambosos Jr. Garcia gave his opinion on how the fight went down. However, Stevenson didn’t let his unpopular opinion go by.

‘King Ry’ made his view known as he tweeted that the fight was “very underwhelming” and that the turn of the fight was in favor of the Aussie fighter. He said, “Edge to Kambosos.”

Stevenson was baffled by his views on the fight. Therefore, he replied to Michael Benson’s tweet reporting Garcia’s take. Hilariously, he claimed that Ryan Garcia was “out of his mind.”

However, it is no doubt that Devin Haney outclassed Kambosos in the fight. Hence, it is unsurprising to see the 24-year-old call out Garcia.

Shakur Stevenson’s previous fight

The American boxer took on Oscar Valdez on April 30, 2022, at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. Stevenson’s WBO title and Valdez’s WBC title were on the line as the duo faced each other to be the unified super featherweight champion.

In a dominant display, the 24-year-old outboxed Valdez as he won the contest via decision. Consequently, Stevenson extended his unbeaten run to 18-0 while delivering the first loss of Valdez’s career.
