Boxing fans are desperately waiting for Ryan Garcia to appear under the big lights once more in 2021. Earlier, he was slated to come back and fight in July 2021, but he pulled out of his fight, citing mental health concerns. As a consequence, he had to temporarily forget his long-awaited aspiration to fight for lightweight gold.
But now Garcia is in his element, and he is extremely eager to come back.
‘King Ry’ will undeniably face the WBC interim lightweight champ, Joseph Diaz, for his boxing return. However, there’s no piece of news on when this fight will actually materialize.

Recently, the undefeated Garcia took to Instagram to tease fans about his return. He wrote, ‘‘Look out for the announcement of my next fight!!! It’s happening this year. time to get to 22-0″
In January, ‘King Ry’ won the WBC interim lightweight strap and earned a shot at Devin Haney. Unfortunately, as he withdrew from the bout, he lost his hard-earned belt. Hence, he needs to prove himself once more to secure a title fight.
Ryan Garcia is the most promising young talent in a lightweight roster that is stacked with undefeated fighters. However, to live up to his undeniable talent, he must win the world title.
That said, Garcia will have to get past ‘Jo Jo’ in order to be in a prime position to realize his dream.
