Because of increasing tension between Ukraine and Russia, both countries are deploying heavy troops on their borders. Keeping this in mind, ‘Dr. Steelhammer’ joined the Ukrainian Army.

Notably, he reigned the unified throne of a heavyweight twice and retired as one of the greatest boxers of all time.

While enlisting his name in the reserve army unit, Wladimir Klitschko said, “My country is geopolitically struggling, so I am right here. I can’t stand still-and I won’t. That’s why I’m here and that’s why I signed up for territorial defense of the country and the city.”

However, ‘Dr. Steelhammer’ is getting praised for his remarkable decision. This shows that he was not only a warrior in the ring. Though he is aged 45, when it comes to serving his country in difficult times, he is standing first in the row.
