WBC champion Tyson Fury seems absolutely unfazed by the thought of facing Dillian Whyte in his next pro appearance. Having conquered Deontay Wilder, it makes sense for Fury to consider himself the best active heavyweight. However, Whyte is a top-tier knockout artist, whose recent win was also a highlight reel stoppage against Alexander Povetkin.

He will undoubtedly relish a puncher’s chance in the scrap, which can be his ticket to vanquish ‘The Gypsy King’. Nevertheless, Fury believes he has more than one trick to get Dillian Whyte out of the way. When asked about his game plan for ‘The Body Snatcher’, Fury seemed calm as he detailed how everything depends on his mindset on the particular fight night.
Chatting exclusively with Dubai Eye 103.8 Sport, Tyson Fury said, “I don’t know whatever I feel like on the night really, because I don’t pay these bums too much attention to be fair. Whatever I feel like on the night. Any way or style, I can definitely beat Dillian Whyte even if I put one hand behind my back and foot off the floor, I still beat him”
Still undefeated, Tyson Fury is seemingly in his prime. With two consecutive wins over an undefeated KO artist in Wilder, who headed into the second Fury fight having not tasted defeat in over 40 outings, ‘The Gypsy King’ can also be confident.

Dillian Whyte’s resume may not intimidate ‘The Gypsy King’. However, as anything can happen in boxing, it will be unfair to write off Whyte’s chances in the fight.

Can Dillian Whyte trouble Tyson Fury?
On papers, Fury will topple Whyte. However, Deontay Wilder had shown how to send Tyson Fury to the canvas. ‘The Gypsy King’ was fed to the mat several times in his latest outing, and that makes him look vulnerable in the ring. It’s evident if Whyte can connect with his best punches, they can knock down the WBC champion.
Should he live up to his nickname, he can trouble Fury.

However, Fury has always found ways to win his fights. Moreover, he is also a strong puncher who not only outworked ‘The Bronze Bomber’, but also overpowered him. Therefore, the pressure is seemingly more on Dillian Whyte’s side. Even though he can trouble Fury, he needs to do it consistently.
