Anthony Joshua details his preparation for the Oleksandr Usyk fight
Anthony Joshua admitted to doubting himself during intense sparring sessions designed to strengthen his mind and body ahead of his mandatory title defense against Usyk. With his world titles at stake, Joshua doubted himself because of his shocking loss to ‘The Destroyer’ Andy Ruiz Jr. back in 2019.
“I don’t always want to be the best in the gym. Every time I spar, I spar like I’m performing. I have had tough spars. I am doubting myself. Throughout this training camp with southpaws, I have practiced, practiced, practiced. I am comfortable where my development is.” Joshua said.
