“We Can Talk, but…” – Canelo Alvarez Reveals the Only Condition in Which He Will Fight Jake Paul

Jake Paul has called out many boxers for a fight, and the list also includes Canelo Alvarez. After a long time, Canelo Alvarez opened up his views on taking up a fight against Paul. Moreover, he puts a condition to fight ‘The Problem Child’.
In a recent interview, Alvarez shared his thoughts on fighting The YouTuber turned professional boxer, Jake Paul.

Alvarez seemed uninterested in this topic, but eventually, he mended his views. He said, “That thing I am thinking about is why… you guys asking me for that, especially the fight, Jake Paul. Please, guys. Maybe in two years, like he said, maybe in two years we… can talk but …”
The Mexican suggested he won’t look to fight Paul in the span of these two years. He added, “But in two years, we’ll see. I hope, I hope he improves more and… he do a really good job really I … say this I hope he did, he doing really good job and improving boxing and um, it’s fine.”
Alvarez put forth a condition that if Paul improves his skills in the coming two years, then Alvarez can think of fighting him.

The Problem Child respected Alvarez’s thoughts and portrayed them on his Twitter account.

Paul appreciated Alvarez speaking out his views on this match and also he applauded Alvarez for his significant achievements.
On the other hand, Paul took a dig into Eddie Hearn, who thought Paul was in delusion to approach Alvarez for a match.

Paul and Hearn organized a fantastic event last weekend. The boxing fans witnessed a tough fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano.
A few moments after tweeting about Alvarez, Paul took a dig at Hearn in his subsequent tweet. In his tweet he wrote, “ (2/2) Not everyone inherits their daddy’s company like Eddie Hearn. Some of us have to believe in ourselves when we had absolutely nothing and foresee no possible way of overcoming our circumstances other than self belief.”

It was in response to Hearn’s statement about Paul, where Hearn thought Paul is living in his fantasy to fight Alvarez.
Well, Paul has a strong belief that he can fight the P4P king, Canelo Alvarez, in the near future. Also, his attitude shows that he doesn’t care about what other people think about this fight.
