“When It Flares Up, I Can’t Even Talk!”: Mike Tyson Reveals Health Complication After Wheelchair Photos Went Viral

The former heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson was recently spotted leaving the Miami International Airport in a wheelchair. Tyson is 56, and his pictures in a wheelchair spread like a viral fever on the internet. Since Tyson’s wheelchair images made their way to the public only after he had lately commented on his death, fans could not help but run into speculations.

Days after the Miami incident, Tyson attended an interview with news anchor, Greta Van Susteren. During their conversation, Kid Dynamite talked about his health, life with family, and the sports he enjoyed watching now.

At one point in their conversation, Susteren asked Tyson the reason why the latter left Miami airport in a wheelchair. The following is what the former heavyweight champion of the world said: “Oh, I have sciatica every now and then, it flares up. When it flares up, I can’t even talk!”

How is life for Mike Tyson?

Even while he actively took part in the sport of boxing, Tyson several times reported having an issue with his back. A back problem was part of the reason why Tyson left boxing. The 56-year-old, who recently made his debut in Bollywood with the movie Liger, claims to have a condition called sciatica which, according to him, flares up now and then. But is that the only health problem Tyson has right now?

The champion answers, “Thank God it’s the only health problem I have. I’m splendid now. Oh, everybody in my life is truly blessed and we’re all very grateful for whatever we have.”

To shift the conversation to a new path, the reporter even asked Tyson about the sports he was now watching. “I watch Tennis more than I watch boxing. Tennis and Golf. I thought tennis was a horrible sport until I watched it live and it’s an incredible sport,” Kid Dynamite answered in a friendly manner.
