Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are among the biggest names in combat sports. Both have earned some of the biggest paychecks from their fights and are often listed among the richest athletes in the world. The American boxer has outclassed the Irishman inside the squared circle back in 2017. However, Mayweather has stunned the world with his recent venture worth billions, which makes McGregor look broke in front of him.
Not too long ago, Floyd Mayweather was in conversation with Forbes, where he talked about his new Mayweather Fitness center. Not to mention, he owns around 50 fitness centers, and the number is still growing.

In addition, he stated, “Now I own nine skyscrapers. I’m constantly building, building. I got hotels all around the country. And, right now, what I’m working on right now, is with my business partners from Miami. We’re working on a 20 billion dollar deal.”
Along with being an exceptional boxer, ‘Money’ is also a phenomenal businessman and marketing genius. On the other hand, Conor McGregor was ranked first on Forbes’ list of the highest-paid athletes in 2021. Nevertheless, Mayweather’s multibillion-dollar contract makes the Irishman in look impoverished.

Mayweather and McGregor’s 2017 clash is regarded as one of the most lucrative fights of all time. The former emerged as the winner at the time through a 10th-round knockout. Furthermore, he recently announced that he will meet ‘The Notorious’ in 2023 for a rematch.
