In a recent Tweet, the WBA champion came out and answered a fan who asked him what he thought about Jones’ performance. Davis then claimed that he had not watched the fight but bet on Jones to win via knockout. Moreover, he added that the reason why he skipped the event was that the UFC didn’t provide him with the tickets he wanted for this event. In addition, he also praised Jones and Cody Garbrandt for their performances at the event.

I didn’t watch it..but I bet on him for the knock out..the UFC try give me bullsh*t tickets and yu kno me..I’m cool but much love to Jones and Cody,” he wrote.
