According to TMZ, Nina Agdal has finally sued and filed for a restraining order against Dillon Danis. The documents that Agdal filed were obtained by TMZ. As per them, the 31-year-old has accused Danis of uploading “despicable” images and videos of Agdal “more than 250 times” following the announcement of his fight with Logan Paul.

In addition, particularly referring to a post that Danis made on August 11, Agdal mentioned that she suffered “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm“. Moreover, the mentioned post even “violated federal and state law“. Furthermore, Agdal shed light on how Danis tweeted an “entirely uncensored” image of her “without Plaintiff’s consent“. As per Agdal, Danis even reposted the same image “later that day” just to “maximize the number of views it would receive“.

After Agdal sued and filed for a restraining order against Danis, Alissa Violet, the ex-girlfriend of Jake Paul, stood in solidarity with the 31-year-old. In Violet’s opinion, Agdal has taken the exact step she should have taken against Danis. Likewise, retweeting TMZ’s post, she declared that Agdal sued and filed for a restraining order “as she should“.

In this context, it is worth mentioning that despite the measures taken by Agdal, Dillon Danis remains unfazed. Besides, declaring that he will not stop, Danis said, “F**k the system“. Here is what he wrote.

In her suit, Agdal has explicitly mentioned how some of Danis’ posts have mentally troubled her. However, Danis does not want to stop. Taking to X, he recently announced that Agdal filed a “massive lawsuit” against him. As per his statements, Agdal wants him in jail. According to Danis, “this is actually wild” and will undoubtedly put the “fight in jeopardy“. However, Danis remains unfazed. “I won’t stop fuck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking,” he said.
