However, Toscano-Anderson came to the 33-year-old’s rescue by questioning the platform for ignoring Thompson’s 4 rings. “Y’all really put a 4-time champ on an “overpaid” list … I hate the internet man”, he said, in response to Thompson’s “overpaid” claims.
Thompson is set to earn a staggering sum of $43,219,440 this season from the Warriors. Given this major deal, Thompson will have a lot of expectations riding on him.
