Fans disappointed with the news
Guardians understood the reason behind Bungie’s decision for Destiny 2 content to enter the Vault. With new expansions and seasons every year, the developers have had a hard time trimming the game’s file size. This has caused them to remove many of the game’s most important storylines and content. So, it’s hard for any new Destiny 2 players to understand the campaign’s scope as they can’t play it anymore.

Many players also had questions about accessing weapons from the DLC, which included the Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale. However, the developers have stated that they are working on alternatives for players to earn them. Even then, the lack of campaign will mean that many players might never see Cayde and his quips. But, unfortunately, this is the cost Destiny 2 players have to pay if they want more expansions and seasonal content from Bungie.
