The Japanese video game giant Sony collaborated with LeBron James to create a special edition PlayStation 5 based on this NBA legend. However, some fans believe that ‘His Airness’ deserves this collaboration with Sony over ‘King James’.

Sony PlayStation 5 partnered with LeBron James

Sony recently unveiled the PlayStation Playmaker initiative, in which the Japanese company would cooperate with gaming-interested content creators, sports, actors, gamers, and singers. Some well-known athletes are already involved with the campaign. But, Sony revealed the first renowned athlete associated with them is none other than LeBron James.

For a limited time, a special PlayStation 5 along with a DualSense controller will be available. But what makes this controller special is its appearance, as its design took inspiration from King James’ NBA career and his passion for gaming. This one-of-a-kind collaboration with Sony PlayStation has left the NBA icon speechless.
