Activision’s team is working hard on improving the experience in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II. ‘Carry Forward’ will enable an impressive integration between Modern Warfare III and its predecessor

In simple words, all the content unlocked or collected in Modern Warfare II and Warzone will be accessible in MWIII. For example, players can keep using a certain Operator skin, weapon, a calling card, or even a complete bundle. Since MWIII is a direct continuation of the existing game, having an option to carry forward the content makes total sense.

This kind of integration is commendable from the side of Activision. There are many players of MWII and Warzone who have already spent a lot of money to get exclusive, paid bundles with attractive Operator skins, weapons, and what not. Had ‘Carry Forward’ not been announced, they would have felt disappointed, for sure. After all, the leisure of enjoying Call of Duty comes with a premium price tag. Sledgehammer’s game will make sure that the money spent on the predecessor won’t be wasted when switching to its sequel.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III comes out on November 10, 2023. It will be available on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X\S, Xbox One, and PC.
