The past couple of weeks were not lenient towards KSI. It began with all the memes that surfaced following his throwing action at a baseball game. This was followed by a ‘heel entry’ at WWE’s biggest event, WrestleMania. We all know how that ended. JJ was pulled onto the announce table by Seth Rollins and then got Frog Splashed by Logan Paul.

But all these were taken under a hilarious lens. What really made many netizens turn against the internet sensation was regarding a deleted Sidemen video. A racial slur that JJ stated in a supposedly hilarious manner became a means of criticism online.

The deleted Sidemen video titled ‘Sidemen Countdown’ took the limelight, not for its hilarious content, but for one statement that KSI made. The racial statement that JJ made put him in a scrutinizing spot and even pushed the internet celeb to take a break from social media.

After his short stint outside the online radar, KSI is now back with a new video addressing what went on. KSI is taking on what happened in the recent past with regretful eyes. He reiterates the fact that he is also a human who makes mistakes, and he is learning from each of these. JJ opened up about how his massive victory against FaZe Temperrr and his other achievements pushed him towards a different mindset altogether.

But interestingly, he has one more perspective on the recent issue. According to KSI, this mistake is an enlightening moment for him. He stated he understood his reach and how many fans consider him a role model.

This eye-opening moment for KSI ignited a new mission in his heart. “I have a platform to really make a difference,” stated JJ. He expressed he hasn’t done enough for his legacy, and now has decided to contribute more to that aspect.

KSI said that he wants to do something for the community. This can be as small as being present in the moment, and being there for someone.

This new revelation from KSI is appreciable. Later in the video, KSI went on to continue his Reddit reaction video. The hilarious part was that he was reacting to the memes made on his recent shenanigans.

Though KSI finally opened up about his recent backlash and apologized for all that went down, it will take a long time to clear the clouds in the mind of many citizens.

JJ added that he would be doing more videos in the coming days and we can see him fight Joe Fournier at MF & DAZN: X Series 007. The bout is scheduled for May 13, 2023 and will take Wembley Arena, London, as its venue.
