Honey Badger Daniel Ricciardo Credits Legendary American Band to Help Him Cope With an “Important Time” in His Life

In a fun interview with Formula 1 back in the year 2020, former stock car driver, Dale Earnhardt and basketball legend Michael Jordan got together to learn a few things about the crowd favorite, Honey Badger, Daniel Ricciardo. The men got together to ask the Australian questions that revolved around the Honey Badger’s preferences and favorite things. It covered topics like his favorite thing about racing, to his movie picks, his signature dish, his travel preferences, and more.

The interview revealed that if Ricciardo hadn’t pursued racing, he would’ve gone on to become an aspiring tennis star.

The legendary men also touched on the subject of Ricciardo’s music taste. The Honey Badger was asked to share his favorite singer or band.

To this, the Australian seemed to struggle to pick, and so he said, “It’s too hard! My favourite band growing up was Alexisonfire, a Canadian kind of hardcore band. But any punk was the thing that got me really into music in general. I’ll never get sick of listening to stuff like Blink-182 because it was such an important time in my life.”

Furthermore, Ricciardo also shared the things he loves about racing, in addition to the worst thing about its lifestyle.

Daniel Ricciardo loves driving and has always voiced his passion for the sport. In conversation with the ‘His Airness’ and ‘The Intimidator‘, Ricciardo got candid about his thoughts on racing. He shared things that he loves about it. But he also didn’t shy away from stating the downside of the sport as well.

Ricciardo concluded, by mentioning the lack of security. The nomad lifestyle led him to feel unsettled for the most part.
