With only three races remaining in the current F1 calendar year, the upcoming Las Vegas Grand Prix is a highly anticipated race. Las Vegas last saw an F1 race all the way back in 1981 and 1982, at the Caesars Palace Grand Prix. But with a brand new racetrack, the Las Vegas Street Circuit will present one of the best street-race experiences, for the first time in the US, in this century.

The newly built circuit is located in the heart of Las Vegas as it passes through iconic locations like Caesars Palace, the Bellagio, and the Venetian. With a long straight where the cars will be able to overtake over 200 mph, this street race will be one to remember. Moreover, as this is a brand new track, it’ll be interesting to see which driver ends up dominating here, as everyone will have to memorize these.

The upcoming Las Vegas Grand Prix will not be a sprint format weekend, and will rather have the usual three sessions of practice. Considering the track is new, this makes sense as drivers would get more time to familiarize themself with it. Moreover, this race will be a night race, as everyone present at the circuit will be able to enjoy their dinners while experiencing thrilling racing action. It’ll be interesting to see whether the Red Bull car will suit this track, or will the other teams finally have an upper hand.
