The 2021 F1 season was one to behold. It had all the ingredients of a great season. The title fight between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen even went down to the very last lap of the season. However, it was all overshadowed by controversy. The entire Abu Dhabi fiasco has drawn out for ages. But it is time and Max Verstappen has had the final say on the matter.

Max Verstappen speaks his mind on the 2021 controversy

There has been plenty of debate surrounding the 2021 season finale. It has led to divided opinions and major controversy. Amid all this, some have even questioned the legitimacy of Verstappen’s title, while others have backed the Dutchman.

He also went on to add that Lewis should be able to get over the pain quicker, as he already has 7 world champions. Subsequently to that, Verstappen spoke about the pecking order of 2022, adding, “more teams at the front, fighting for wins”.

What to expect from the 2022 season
