There we have it, the first triple header for the season is officially over. Lewis Hamilton won the race pretty comfortably with Max Verstappen finishing only marginally ahead of Valtteri Bottas, rounding up the podium finishers.
As for Ferrari, the Hungarian Grand Prix was an improvement as compared to last weekend. But then again, what wouldn’t be an improvement from a double DNF.
It was Sebastian Vettel who had the better race amongst the two Scuderia drivers as he crossed the checkered flag in P6. However his teammate, Charles Leclerc really struggled and could only manage a P11 finish.

Leclerc really seemed to be struggling during the last few laps and dropped points when Carlos Sainz went past him. He was heard on the team radio, branding it a ‘struggle.’
The big takeaway for Charles Leclerc from the Hungarian GP was a backache and some major struggles with the car
After his team informed him of the podium finishers and Vettel’s position, Leclerc said, “I have rarely ever struggled that much. I really struggled a lot. I was really struggling with the car overall.”
