Who starts on pole for the race in Sochi?
After having a stellar performance last race weekend in Monza, where he achieved a career-best finish by coming second. Norris was optimistic of bagging a good result in Saturday’s qauli session.
The Brit was true his word and achieved pole position beating his former McLaren teammate, Carlos Sainz. Now starting on the front row for Sunday’s race, Norris hoping to grab another win for his team or at least another podium.
However, he is quite well aware that Sainz sitting in P2, and George Russell in P3 will throw everything at him to take the lead. Nevertheless, Norris aims to keep them in his rearview mirrors till the chequered flag drops.
