Neymar Jr has been all over the internet recently for his PSG shenanigans. Not only that but also for his speculated gambling addiction. The Brazilian superstar preferred to gamble his night away in Monaco rather than celebrate the league title with his team. Nevertheless, Carlos Sainz recently signed a valuable item for the Barcelona Legend, which came as a shock as he once refused to sign a Lionel Messi Jersey. What was this valuable item that Sainz signed?

Carlos Sainz was born in Madrid and naturally has been supporting his home club ever since he was a child. Recently spotted playing a charity football match prior to the Monaco GP, the love for football is evident in Carlos Sainz. The Spaniard is a Real Madrid supporter who has always expressed his connection and love for the club. However, he’s an F1 driver as well and not only a Real Madrid fan, which means Sainz has to sign and take selfies with his fans.

However, last year, Carlos Sainz was stopped by a group of supporters when he was driving and asked him for selfies and autographs. One fan did the unthinkable and asked him to sign Real Madrid’s arch-rivals jersey. Yes, it was a Barcelona Jersey, and that too of Lionel Messi, arguably the greatest to ever play on the international level. Nevertheless, Sainz being the hardcore Real Madrid fan that he is, refused to sign the shirt.

However, after being spotted in Barcelona as Red Bull’s guest, Neymar Jr again made an appearance at the Spanish GP. The Ex-Barcelona star posted images with the Ferrari driver and also images from the Mercedes garage. However, what caught our eyes was the 7th slide of the post made by Neymar Jr and also the pictures posted by Carlos Sainz.

In the picture uploaded by Carlos Sainz on his official account, he can be seen holding Neymar’s football cleats signed by the Brazilian himself. However, Neymar could be seen holding the Puma racing shoes signed by the Ferrari drivers. One of the shoes was the special edition Spanish GP Carlos Sainz shoes signed by the Spaniard himself.

Carlos Sainz signing a boot for an Ex-Barcelona player does sound a little weird, doesn’t it? Especially after he refused to sign the Barcelona Jersey last year. However, Neymar Jr is Puma’s guest for this GP and Carlos Sainz had to fulfill his Ferrari duties. Whilst these pictures revealed how kind Mercedes and Ferrari were to Neymar in Spain, the same could not be said for Monaco, where Hamilton snubbed Neymar.

A video was recently uploaded where Neymar Jr could be seen talking to a journalist. However, as Lewis Hamilton went past him on his infamous scooter, Neymar tried reaching out to the 7X champion with his hand stretched out but was ignored by Lewis Hamilton. After the race, when Hamilton realized his mistake, he posted an apology on his Instagram story with the video.

However, it looks like Lewis Hamilton has made up for it as Neymar Jr can be seen in the Mercedes Garage with Lewis Hamilton. The Brazilian is even allowed inside the W14 and pictures of him sitting in the car were also uploaded by him.
