Brought up in the Orange County Suburb of Cypress, California, Woods now lives in a luxurious mansion in the plush neighborhood of Jupiter Island. He purchased the property after his marriage with Swedish model Elin Nordegren for a reported fee of $40 million in 2006.

Additionally, the estate is the first home for Woods’ children. His daughter, Sam, was born in 2007, while his son, Charlie, was born two years later, in 2009. The siblings have made the lavish property their home since.

Woods has also taken a liking to the property, spending the majority of his time at the house during the pandemic days. He reportedly also lived with Herman in the house before their relationship turned sour.

Did Woods trick Herman into throwing her out of his house?

Interestingly, Herman has issued an allegation of an “oral tenancy agreement” in their contract, which allows her to live in one of Woods’ other properties, in Hobe Sound, Florida. The contract reportedly allows her to reside in the golfer’s property for the next five years, which, she claimed, was denied to her.

The Florida native is suing her former partner for $30 million, which is represented as the “reasonable rental value” of the premise for sixty months. Furthermore, she also claimed that Woods’ entourage tricked her into leaving the house under the impression of a short vacation, only to be told at the airport that she was not welcome back.

The whole saga calls for unwanted publicity for Woods, who has a messy history with his personal life. The golfer’s infidelity days during his time with Nordegren tarnished his legacy as a role model for young kids. It also affected his brand value, with several sponsors cutting ties with him.
