Homa had blocked several LIV Golf fan accounts, and one of them had posted a tweet comparing him to Gooch, who was playing in the rival LIV Golf Adelaide event. The tweet read, “Talor Gooch is everything Max Homa wants to be.”

Homa responded to the tweet, praising Gooch and hoping he would win the tournament: “The books I’ve read say I should give back to people in need so here is that attention ur craving. Talor is a great dad and a great golfer. Hope he wins this week by 20. These LIV stan accounts are truly the worst.”

Gooch responds to Homa’s Tweet after winning LIV Golf Adelaide

Gooch did win, and in his post-victory message, he replied to Homa’s tweet with six simple yet intriguing words.
