However, there was this once when Thomas opened up about his honest feelings towards Tiger Woods. ‘He’s Not a Normal Person’: Justin Thomas Reflects on Tiger Woods’ Incredible Comeback to Golf

“It’s been a lot more of a friendship than I thought it would be,” Thomas said. “I thought it would be something where we would talk here and there from time to time.” And not just that. The PGA Tour star also revealed how Woods equally likes the bond they share. “I think he likes how much s*** I give him, and he kinda gives it back. I don’t want to kiss his a**, enough people do that to him.”

Why did Justin Thomas call Woods a weirdo?

There indeed was a time when Thomas made a rather hilarious statement about the golf legend and ended up calling him, well, a ‘weirdo’! While talking about Tiger Woods’ intense warm-up routine during the memorable 2019 Masters, Thomas said, “Well, Tiger’s a weirdo. It doesn’t really count. He doesn’t sleep anyway,”.

It was after the GOAT set an alarm for 3:45 a.m. despite having a tee time as late as 9:20 a.m. And all of that hassle so he could get done with his entire warm-up session! Well, a weirdo or not, Woods has definitely been the hardest worker in the room. And maybe that is how he reached a pedestal no one else has been able to touch yet.
