Speaking on the drama created by LIV Golf between the circuits, JT observed that it has been a distraction.“It’s unfortunately just taking up the golf world a little bit and taking away from great storylines,” Thomas said. “I think I saw Scottie [Scheffler] came in and did his interview [Tuesday], and I’m sure he got asked about what was going on, and he’s had one of the best seasons of all time.”

American golfer, Scottie Scheffler indeed had a wonderful season. He won his inaugural Major Championship at the Masters Tournament this year. On top of that, he finished just one stroke behind Matt Fitzpatrick to finish on T2 in the US Open. His list of victories this year includes – WM Phoenix Open, Arnold Palmer Invitational, WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play and the Masters Tournament.
