Jon Rahm’s wins over the past few years have earned him the World No. 1 spot. Easily one of golf’s best, Rahm is popular on and off the course. However, it looks like the 27-year-old is nowhere near done. According to veteran Pat Perez, Rahm has only gotten started with what he wants to achieve.

The PGA Tour star has taken home six PGA Tour wins till now, including the 2021 US Open victory. His success has extended to the European Tour as well, the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai being one of his latest wins.

Of course, Rahm himself seems determined to win majors. As per Perez, Rahm mentioned getting to 19 major wins and passing one legend in the process. “He goes, ‘I’m not done until I win 19 majors … I’m not going to take off golf until I get to 19. Whether I do it or not doesn’t matter. But I am not quitting until I pass Tiger (Woods) on that list.”

Furthermore, Perez added that Rahm might actually get to a point where he wins five to six times consecutively.

Where did Rahm play last?

Before the ongoing Arnold Palmer Invitational, Rahm played at the Genesis Invitational. Rahm finished T21; which was also his worst finish of the year. Other than that, Rahm finished in the top ten twice.

Though winning 15 (or more) majors is no common feat, Rahm has time to actually carry out his dream. Already the No. 1 for multiple weeks now, the six-time PGA Tour winner may just have a shot. That being said, no one can deny that Rahm is already on his way to greatness. However, only time can tell how many majors will he take home in his career.
