And when that does happen, Garcia thinks his loyal fans should be rewarded. “My great manager Irek just informed me we have been on the border of 1 million followers,” he tweeted. “Should we bring someone to Austin to golf when we hit 1 million?”

As of right now, Garcia’s followers stand at 918.7K, with a little over 80,000 to go to reach a million. And when that does happen, the Spanish great is wondering whether sending one lucky fan to Austin, where he lives, would be a goofy idea. Well, the fans certainly thought so!

The golf world gets excited over Garcia’s potential reward

The fans of course loved the Spaniard’s idea, and by flooding the comments section of his Twitter post, they made it known that this was something Garcia should definitely do.

They began chanting that they wanted to be picked, and they expressed how excited and hopeful they were for his reward!

Fans even went on to plead their cases, saying they were huge fans, and one even claimed that he was already in Austin, just waiting to be called up!
