The early weather reports for the tournament this week do not look well at all. And it will shatter fans’ hearts. The Weather Channel predicts showers for the Augusta region on Thursday, followed by a lot of rain on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. However, the weather number doesn’t show the likelihood of rain; rather, it shows how much of the region will experience rain. So, rather than there being a 61% possibility of rain on Saturday, meteorologists predict that there is a 100% chance that rain will fall in 61% of the Augusta region.
