Athletes are constantly doing everything in their power to give back to the community. And amongst female athletes, Simone Biles stands out for all she’s done to give back to society. But the gymnast is far from content with her current achievements. And of late, she’s been working with the two-time Olympic silver medalist, Allyson Felix, on yet another larger-than-life venture. And they’re not the only two working towards the cause. Joining them is an LPGA Tour pro as well, looking to help further their cause for women.
LPGA Tour pro joins hands with Simone Biles
Biles is probably the best-known gymnast in the entire world. And working together with Felix, the track and field star, they scaled one of the biggest women’s athletic initiatives. Their company, “Athleta”, focuses on providing athletic wear to women all across the world. And also part of it is their latest program.

Their most recent initiative, The Power of She Collective, has been drawing world-renowned female athletes to join their cause. And now that we have an LPGA Tour star on board as well: Albane Valenzuela. The two-time Olympian recently took to Instagram to express her excitement about joining Biles’ She Collective. And her wide smile made her joy quite eveident!

Valenzuela, unboxing a gift that she had received from Athleta, stated, “I am super excited to be a part of The Power of She Collective.” The LPGA Tour star is one of 12 athletes from different sports involved in the initiative.
Biles and Felix welcome Valenzuela
On Wednesday this week, the seven-time Olympic medalist, and Felix took to Instagram to welcome Valenzuela and the other woman athletes joining them. They could not have chosen a better day to do so, considering they did it on International Women’s Day. In a video, they voiced their excitement about the LPGA Tour pro joining them as the golfer on the team.

The thirteen athletes are all part of the collective. Through it they intend to “champion wellbeing, create meaningful impact… and support women moving women forward,” as per their website. Their goal, in simple words, is quite straightforward: to help all women grow. And these athletes, who’ve seen many walks of life, are certainly the best for the job!
