Cardone is a real estate mogul who built his $5 billion portfolio of multifamily properties from scratch. And just like Cardone, A-Rod has also done millions of businesses and has built an empire in his post-retirement career. “We wanted to prove ourselves, we’ve bought well over a billion and a half dollars of real estate in the last ten years. We had our piece, we had limited partners, and we wanted to put money in their pockets…,” said Alex about A-Rod Corp’s investments in 2021.
