Similar is the case with golfer Bubba Watson who became the latest addition to the MLB fever.

Although golfing greats Watson and Tiger Woods share a close relationship, they have a difference of opinion about their MLB allegiance. While Woods’s love for the Los Angeles Dodgers was apparent, Watson has cleared his side with the latest visit to the Yankees minor league team visit.?

Bubba Watson Visits Patriots With the Team Range Goats

The New York Yankees hold the top-most place MLB circuit. Their minor teams have played a significant role. On the same lines is the golf club, led by Bubba Watson, called the Somerset Patriots.

The Double-A Affiliate team is doing great and is leading the Eastern Conference in the minor league with a winning percentage of 0.556. It has made them a center of attraction, with fans rallying behind it. And the latest visit of the golf stars can be seen as an addition to it.

Range Goats GC, who currently plays in the LIV league, shared this experience in an Instagram post. It read, “The boys had a blast throwing out the first pitch last night at the @somersetpatriots game.”

Notably, Bubba Watson, who shares a dear friend but is a competitive rival of Woods, looked at ease in the picture. It showed another variation from Woods, who is currently on PGA duty.

Tiger Woods Has Another Tour Amidst LIV Fever

Tiger Woods has taken another role as the LIV league continues to shine in Bedminster.?He was included in the PGA board as its sixth Player Director to help in the deal with a merger of LIV Golf. Though the tour and LIV have reached a framework agreement, it is facing troubles with resignations.

Many players have also shown rejection of the project, and the board will look to address all the concerns. But Tiger Woods will have a role in this, who has graced the sport for many years and knows in and out of it. His guidance will be interesting as the private firm-backed league tries to ally with the PGA.
