As the captain of the New York Yankees, he has already left a historic home run record in his wake. But behind his alluring persona lies a soft spot for a childhood classic – Looney Toons.

When asked about his favorite TV show recently, Judge paused thoughtfully, and the answer he gave was certainly unexpected. The Yankees’ main man himself is a fan of the wild antics of Bugs Bunny and the gang. But it seems like the pesky Daffy Duck has failed to make the cut in Judge’s list of favorites. Aaron Judge’s adorable side has everyone chuckling, and certainly the interviewers who asked Judge to reminisce about his answer on his favorite TV show. And the charming and humble captain said, “They’re simple easy questions but in the moment, I think I need the pitch clock you know, so I can speed up a little bit” – it seems in the browbeat moment all Judge had in mind was the Looney Toons. 

One thing is clear, however, that the baseball phenom loves the childhood cartoon. Because when it came to his favorite character, there was no hesitation: Bugs Bunny stole the show. But what about Daffy Duck, the other beloved character from the cartoon? Well, according to Judge, Daffy didn’t quite make the cut. “You know, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck kinda pissed me off every now and then,” Judge quipped. “He was always messin’ with bugs, man”
