In a recent interview with Russell Sherman, A-Rod said that having diversity in the boardroom is the best way to run a business. Because if people from different backgrounds are in the boardroom, bring different opinions, which eventually helps the business grow further.

“The buzzword everyone talks about today is diversity. And people want to do it because they have to, or it is important,” Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez said. “But to me, it’s like the only way to do it because it’s the best way to run a business. Because you need people from different ways of life coming to the boardroom and giving different opinions… You need a little bit of everything.”
Last year, during the pandemic, A-Rod became a part-owner of the NBA franchise, Minnesota Timberwolves. He, along with his billionaire friend Marc Lore, bought the NBA team. Apart from this, he has also invested a huge amount in real estate.
