Another positive news has come up for the Yanks as Tommy Kahnle started his rehab on Thursday. The player got injured ahead at the start of the 2023 season and was out of contention since then.

Tommy Kahnle could make his first start for the Yankees soon!

It has been a difficult phase for the 33-year-old pitcher. Kahnle has not been able to play regularly since 2020. For the Yankees, the player has not been able to make regular appearances. But with his recovery, Tommy Kahnle can join the squad soon. Talkin Yanks, focusing on his rehab, shared, “Yankees announce that Tommy Kahnle is beginning a rehab assignment today. His first appearance as a Yankees since July 2020 could be coming soon.”

It also comes as a gigantic relief for Tommy Kahnle. He will look to repeat his performances from the 2019 season, where he had an ERA of 3.7 and a winning percentage of 0.600. Kahnle played 72 games that season and claimed 88 strikeouts at a WHIP of 1.08.
