Conor McGregor has been a martial artist ever since he was a young boy. ‘The Notorious’ initially started by learning to box, as he wanted to make sure that he was not getting picked on by his peers. His passion for boxing has translated over to a passion for the fight game.

This is something Conor aims to pass on to his son Conor McGregor Jr as well. 

McGregor recently posted a video of him playfully sparring with his son. The Irish superstar often shares videos and photos of him along with his son in the gym as he aims to immerse him in the world of martial arts. Another video recently posted by ‘The Notorious’ showed his son practicing his boxing skills on a standing punching bag.

Conor is currently in Dubai along with his expecting wife and two kids and will soon be leaving for Fight Island on Abu Dhabi as he prepares for fight week.

There is a lot of uncertainty around the lightweight division at the moment. The 155-pound division is arguably one of the most stacked divisions in the UFC right now with the likes of Oliveira and Gaethje, among others waiting in the ranks.

One of the main topics going into Fight Island was the meeting between Khabib and Dana White. Regarding his decision, the said meeting took place yesterday, which both men shared on their respective social media outlets. 

A few hours back Dana White announced on his Instagram page that he would reveal Khabib’s decision at 3 pm Eastern time today. The reveal may have massive implications on the future of the 155 pounders.

If Khabib were to walk away, the fight between McGregor and Poirier would most definitely be for the undisputed lightweight title. However, if he decides to stick around for one more fight, there is reason to believe that the winner of the main event at UFC 257 would be his next opponent.
