The NASCAR Community might not recognize Kurt Busch as the best person with the best language. But the community knows him as a fast driver. And, to his teammates, the best person to drive with. So, it’s no surprise that Bubba Wallace got to experience that.

Busch revealed how he is trying to help Wallace drive better. And, how there’s something he regrets when he was driving alongside Mark Martin.

On the other hand, Kurt Busch has been competing full-time since 2001. So, there is a lot Bubba can learn from Busch. And the driver of the #45 feels the same as he thinks back on his experience with Mark Martin in Roush Racing. And, remembers a regret he made.

He said, “Early in my career, I just, I wish I would have comprehended more from Mark Martin.”

Kurt added, “He was always there to help. When I asked questions, and when he would give advice, it was genuine.”

However, he also believes that the best advice comes from the Crew Chief, as Busch said, “That’s what I found through my crew chiefs. It’s always the crew chief that’s going to give you the most genuine leadership answer. And so that’s what Bubba needs to do. It’s what we all need to do is just circle around the crew chiefs here, as well as JGR, and rely on their experience levels to help build this whole Toyota group together.”

Hamlin said, “He is such a team player, I had heard things about Kurt from his peers. And I had interviewed three of his previous teammates,” “Every single one of them, all 3 of them said he is the best teammate I’ve ever had.”
