The entire league, including LeBron James, celebrated the career milestone. Even Damian Lillard joins the list as he recently took to social media to congratulate the two-time MVP.

The NBA’s official Twitter account posted a highlight reel celebrating KD’s 27,423  points. Lillard retweeted the post with three simple words, “Lots of baskets.”

The NBA is in awe of KD’s career while he still keeps dominating the floor on both sides. With two NBA rings, two finals MVPs, and a regular season MVP, KD is in a league of his own. Even players like King James himself took inspiration from Durant’s game. Despite his long time in the NBA, Durant is still averaging 31 points a game and is currently second on the list of top scorers in the league this season.
