Stephen Curry’s offseason activities keep fans interested because of his easy-going persona. His endearing demeanor has resonated with many young fans and his appeal only grows bigger. As his playing style also has become a subject of emulation, we can see the emergence of multiple Stephen Curry-like shooters. Therefore, having a shopping experience with him can be bliss for a bunch of young uns.  In one such instance, the Guard revealed the story of one of his shoes to some young fans.

Stephen Curry never thought he’d make it to Met Gala

During a segment by Complex, Stephen Curry went sneaker shopping with a bunch of teenagers. The youngsters join him during the tail-end of the episode. Upon watching them, Curry enthusiastically asks, “What is popping over here? What’s happening? You got some eyes for the lights? Whatcha all looking at?” 

Then Curry goes towards his golden-colored shoes and then declares, “I wanna make sure y’all get a pair of these”. This makes youngsters express their joy and some of them exclaim,” Really!” This induced an endearing laugh from the legendary hooper. Then the Golden State Warriors Guard went into the story related to these shoes. He states, “So the story, the colorway story to this is that I went to Met Gala. Wild! I never think I’d go there. Yes, I’m saying so this is the Versace suit that they made with some logo across the suit jacket. So they put it into Curry tin right here”.
