Following a hard fought victory against the Dubs, the LA Lakers lost both games of a back-to-back in a blowout fashion. The road doesn’t seem to be easy for them, as they take on in-form Boston Celtics and NY Knicks next. However, with LeBron James on the side, the team can turn around a slump in no time. Expecting a thunderous response from James regarding his preparation for the next two match-ups, a reporter only received half a response from The King.

Following the loss against the Atlanta Hawks, the reporters surrounded James in the locker room and fired questions at the 20x All-Star. One of the reporters asked him about his preparation and how he will motivate his teammates for the Celtics, Knicks games. The Akron Hammer said, “I don’t have any message for my teammates. Just go out and do your job. I mean, I am not here…”

And before Bron could complete his sentence, another reporter interrupted him. Following that, James concluded the session and headed out. In response to the interaction, a frustrated fan said, “Stupid reporter stopped him from spilling tea.” Here are some more reactions from the fans.

While some wondered what LeBron James might have said, some fans were sure that the superstar was going to say something about coach Darvin Ham.

Nothing seems to be going right for the Lakers. After a successful game against the Warriors, the LA side seemed to have lost momentum. The team struggled in the next two games and failed to chase down the opponents’ total even once throughout the two games.

Lakers players’ equation with Darvin Ham

While it is clear that fans hate Darvin Ham through their comments, it is still unclear what the players think. However, after a loss against the Houston Rockets, D’Angelo Russell took a shot at the coach directly in the post-game press conference.

The Lakers had a 30-point deficit in the last quarter, but they brought it down to 10 with 4 minutes left on the clock. However, Ham benched his starters after that. Disappointed with the decision, Russ said, “I think in the fourth quarter, around 7-8 minutes, one  more push… I think that decision should be made… once again that’s, that’s on coach.” Following that game, the Lakers again bit the dust with another blow-out loss.
