After the game was done and dusted, Curry had the opportunity to meet the Los Angeles Lakers legend and two-time NBA champion, Pau Gasol. Curry and Gasol shared an embrace right after the final buzzer in the tunnels.

Curry has had the opportunity to share the court with Pau Gasol. Though the two never played on the same team but have often butted heads against one another during the course of their careers.
After the game Curry had, one can be sure that Gasol must’ve had a few good things to say about his performance on the floor. Gasol played 18 seasons in the league with five different teams.
He was a six-time All-Star and had also won the Rookie of the Year award as well. So, both Curry and Gasol must’ve had a blast catching up with one another after so long.

Curry and the Warriors with the last laugh
The Washington Wizards surely put up a good fight against the Golden State Warriors. As expected, the Wizards were led by none other than Jordan Poole, who had 25 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds for the game.
Unfortunately for Poole, it was Stephen Curry and the Warriors who were not ready to get the game away from them. Curry led the team with 30 points, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds for the matchup.

He also got a huge boost from both Klay Thompson and Jonathan Kuminga, who has been shifted into the starting lineup amid Draymond Green’s suspension. While the Warriors may have ruined Poole’s homecoming, the team was more than welcoming to Poole prior to the game.
