A day after losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Golden State Warriors set their course straight with an encouraging victory. The Dubs took on the Detroit Pistons in the Monday night contest and kept them on their toes throughout the game. As usual, Stephen Curry did what he does best, leading the offense of the pack. Importantly, the second unit leader Chris Paul had the perfect reply both on and off the court after his disappointing game against the Cavs.

The Bay Area team lost their 5-game winning streak cheaply in the hands of the Cavs. The team not only lost the contest, but the critics pointed fingers at Paul for not pitching in the points. The veteran guard, who earlier considered being in a luxury for winning games without scoring, had the perfect reply. Moreover, the team had the right opportunity to get back to their winning ways.
