Another terrifying mass shooting incident has left the nation devastated as Michigan State University suffered a huge loss on Monday evening. A 43-year-old gunman opened fire on two locations at the Michigan State University campus, leaving three people dead and several critically injured. After hours of manhunt, the police found the gunman dead as a result of self-inflicted gunshot wounds. The reason behind the attack is yet to be discovered. Meanwhile, the nation has come pouring in support of the state of Michigan after the massive tragedy left the community traumatized. Days after the gun violence nightmare, former Michigan State alumnus Draymond Green and Lakers legend Magic Johnson recently mourned with the horrified community and offered their condolences to the affected families.
The mass shooting incident is believed to be just one of the many violent incidents that have occurred in the last few years. Draymond Green sends love to a traumatized Michigan State community

In a recent edition of The Volume podcast, Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green revealed that he was a Michigan State student and the University was like home for him. The four-time NBA champ was left numb by the incident as he offered his support to the families and the entire Michigan State community. Draymond Green said, “I want to send my love to the Spartan community. I want to send my love to the families that are affected by this tragedy, obviously, those that were killed and also those that were wounded. But also the families that are part of the community.”

Moreover, Green shared that he had several friends who lived in Michigan. The four-time All-Star reckoned that coming from Saginaw, he felt quite safe after a long time during his stay at Michigan State University. Further, Green stated, “And to have that worry again, that’s brutal, that’s scary. And know, when I say that I’m not saying Michigan State is that place. I’m more so saying, like I made it to a University, an incredibly great university and to have that worry again, that irks me.”
The 2017 Defensive Player of the Year added, “That bothers me, like I feel for those kids. I feel for that kid, I feel for those parents, I feel for the Michigan State community.”

Thus, an emotional Green sent his love and prayers to the family of the affected as he felt saddened by the brutal tragedy. Meanwhile, Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson also took to Twitter to share his feelings about the MSU shooting.
Magic Johnson and his wife offer their condolences
In a recent tweet, Magic Johnson expressed his disbelief about the mass shooting incident that killed three people at MSU. The five-time NBA champ offered his prayers to the victims and their families while expressing his grief. Magic Johnson tweeted, “Cookie & I are devastated to hear about the news of a shooting on Michigan State’s campus. We are praying for the victims, their families, students, faculty, employees & administration.”
