With almost half of the season behind us, it may be safe to say who won the Ben Simmons-James Harden trade. Though both players have managed to find success with their squads, with the way the 76ers are playing, there is no doubt who came out as a winner. However, fans decided to have fun on social media by dragging James Harden on his message for Joel Embiid after their last win.

The Philadelphia 76ers have won seven games in a row. The team has drastically taken a huge leap forward and is the second-best team in the Eastern Conference with a 32-16 overall season record.

In order to celebrate and solidify their relationship, 76ers star guard James Harden went on to his official Twitter account. He posted a picture of him hanging on Joel Emiid’s back with a caption that said, “You know I got yo back like chiro-practic #Uno.”

Though Harden meant that in a different manner, fans decided to have their own fun. One fan tweeted, “You almost gave Embiid a life threatening injury with that bro.”

Another fan commented, “You need to chill acting like he don’t be having back issues.. I want to see you guys in playoffs fully strength.”

Here are a few more reactions from fans on Twitter.

Though many decided to poke fun at Harden and Embiid, a majority of the fans were happy to see the two work it out on the floor.

Joel Embiid finally got a worthy star to play with

James Harden has developed the image of being a liability on defense and a ball hog on the offensive side of the floor. However, it looks like Harden is slowly and steadily proving all those accusations wrong.

Not only is ‘The Beard’ leading the Philadelphia 76ers in assists per game, but Harden also does not seem to be a liability anymore. He is looking more and more for his teammates on the floor, racking up big assists every night

Along with that, it seems as if Harden has finally found a star player (no disrespect on KD, Kyrie or Russ) that compliments his game on the floor. Being a guard, Harden needs the ball to generate offense. Embiid on the other hand does not require the ball so much which makes their game quote compatible with each other.

It may seem that these two players may quarrel a bit every now and then but that’s just brotherly love between them. Though the 76ers are on a roll, do you think they have what it takes to move past all the hurdles in the playoffs? Let us know what you think in the comments section down below.
