The GSW entered the Golden 1 Center with a clean 2-0 regular season record. In fact, the Steph Curry led Warriors were riding high from their epic win against the Clippers. Last year, Stephen Curry became the all-time point-leader for the Golden State Warriors franchise. He left behind legendary Wilt Chamberlain to achieve that feat. And now, in the 2021-22 game against the Kings, Steph’s seven assists before halftime got him yet another franchise record.

The Warriors struggled for a large part of the game. They missed a few easy layups, allowed Davion Mitchell to be a better defender, and lacked a similar defensive acumen. However, Steph Curry was still in the zone.

With his first splash in the game (on Draymond Green assist), Steph recorded his 128th straight outing with a splash to his name. This is the second longest in the league’s history.
