Whatever Shaquille O’Neal does, he does it big. Whether it’s his lifestyle or eating habits. The 4-time champion claims to be on a “diet” but his favorite meals will make you question that claim. On the most recent episode of the ‘Big podcast with Shaq,’ he finally reveals his favorite meal from the ‘International House of Pancakes,’ popularly known as IHOP. Furthermore, he shares his pick of meals from other food franchises.

During the podcast, one of the co-hosts Nischelle Turner shared a question asked by a fan. The fan wanted to know what Shaq orders from IHOP. Shaq immediately replied sausage, cheese omelet, buttermilk pancakes, and orange juice. He apparently orders the same meal whenever he goes to the $3 billion selling fast food franchise. Shaq doesn’t experiment with his food choices and said, “I’m a creature of habit, I never change.”
