The Hornets have a good bunch of young players and veterans, but in the last two years, they have been eliminated from the play-in tournament. They need to take a step in the right direction or they may lose out again on some exceptional talent.

Jordan may be considered the GOAT as a player, but his record in the front office hasn’t been great. He needs to hire the right coach or he may risk losing out again and this might serve the franchise well.
