Furthermore, Curry’s incredible championship run and insane skills have forced another NBA legend to heap massive praise on him.

For NBA Hall of Famer and renowned NBA analyst, Shaquille O’Neal, Curry is “by far” the best player in the world. While many may find the legendary big man’s claim bizarre, he exhibited no hesitation in pinpointing who he believes now runs the NBA.

“Nobody’s going to beat the best player in the world, Steph Curry,” Shaq said on ‘The Big Podcast . When questioned on his claim of calling Stephen Curry the best, he added, “Yeah, by far.”

He went on to remark that championships are what separates the best players. “Hell yeah. As Kenny (Smith) would tell you, you can have a category, but the real ones are recognized by the championships that you have,” Shaq said.

The Lakers legend continued by saying that no one plays like Curry, describing him as a tough shot-taker and shot-maker.
