It is a finals rematch as the Boston Celtics go up against the Golden State Warriors for the first time this season. The Celtics seem to be on an absolute roll as they have the best record in the league with 21-5. The Celtics have already won their last three games in a row, looking to make it four. But not if Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has something to do with it.
Being the reigning NBA champions, the Warriors are clearly struggling. More than they should be. With a 13-13 record, the Warriors are out of the top eight positions in the Western Conference.

Stephen Curry making sure to stay ahead
Currently, the Warriors sit in the 11th position in the West. Having lost their last two games, the Warriors would be looking to do everything in their power to avoid losing three games in a row.
And it seems like Stephen Curry is making sure of it. As the first quarter came to a close, Curry ended it in his own fashion. In the final seconds of the first quarter, Curry was defended by a 6’8 power forward, Sam Hauser.

Thompson has faced a lot of doubt and criticism from fans and NBA analysts from around the league. But rarely has anyone been talking about the gradual improvement he is making to increase his point production.
What a lot of people do not notice is, Thompson is also an excellent defender. He may not put the clamps on its matchup but his length and agility sure make it hard for the opposing player to get a shot off.

But handing a loss to the team they lost to in the finals would be some sweet revenge they have been looking for.
