The next generation of NBA stars is brewing. Amongst that crop, the younger son of Scottie Pippen might be a name to watch out for. Soon-to-be a collegiate athlete, the 17-year-old is already making his mark at the high school level. In a spirited effort, Justin Pippen would tally 24 points as Sierra Canyon found another victory. This one, over Harvard-Westlake, brings the tally to 21 against just one loss.

Their 18-0 run that continued after a final score of 74-68 was impressive. Chicago Bulls legend, Scottie Pippen, could not help but be proud of his son and he wasted no time in showcasing it. Taking to his Instagram, the 6x NBA Champion shared a reel of some of the youngster’s best moves.

Covering from introductions to the on-court maneuvers, the video was a stark reminder of the talent Justin possesses. Before the game got underway, the elder Pippen also shared a word of inspiration for his son.

Even Sierra Canyon coach Andre Chevalier agreed. “He turned into a monster in the second half.” And that’s true. Harvard-Westlake led by 36-31 at halftime and also led early in the fourth quarter before Sierra Canyon turned the game around.
